Hello!
I would like to request correction of my first name in my vaccination record and certificate on vaxcertph. 
The website / vaxcert record for my name is set toJOHN YUJI as my first name but the correct name is JOHN YUGI. I really need to change my first name asap because 
I will use it for my departure to Japan in January when I have already bought my ticket.
