Hi, I would like to request the following: 
Monthly Data Sheets of the Water District submitted to LWUA for the following months: 

December 2009
December 2010
December 2011
December 2012
December 2013
December 2014
December 2015
December 2016
December 2017
December 2018
December 2019
December 2020

Also, please confirm that the December MDS contains the performance for the whole year (which means I don't need to request for all months of the year). 

This is for academic research at the University of the Philippines to check the national performance of water districts. Thank you.
