Hi! I would like to request a copy of my official transcripts at College of the Holy Spirit. My school closed and I am unable to request transcripts from them. I need this so that my transcripts can be evaluated with one of the agency here in the U.S which is a requirements to work at the hospital I am aiming for. I graduated last March 28, 2009 with Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I hope you can help me with this.

Please be informed that matters pertaining to collegiate or tertiary education, universities, and other higher education institutions (HEIs) are under the jurisdiction and supervision of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

The Department of Education (DepEd) caters to kindergarten, elementary (Grade 1-6), and secondary education (Grade 7-10 or Junior High School and Grade 11-12 or Senior High School) only.
