Hi, I would like to request a copy of my Form 137 for my school requirements.
Nandito po ako sa macau nag tratrabho bilang domestic helper gusto ko po kasi ipag patuloy ang aking pag aaral dito at kinkailangan ko po mag sumite ng kopya ng aking Form 137 at good moral ang skwelahan na aking pinagtapusan ng high school (MARIKINA DISCIPLES CHURCH CHRISTIAN SCHOOL) ay sarado na po at di rin po ako makuwi dhil nadin po sa pandemia. Sana po ay matulungan nyo po ako magkaroon ng kopya ng aking form 137 at good moral. MARAMING SALAMAT PO.
