Hi! I would like to ask something.

Is it possible to change the strand for a Grade 11 student even it's the 2nd week of June Classes?

My sister Rica Carandang wants STEM as her strand but the teacher insists she should be on ABM and now that's she's having a hard time on ABM she wanted to go to HUMSS Strand permanently but the teacher won't allow him to change where in fact she didn't want ABM at first. She was forced to that strand.
