The undersigned is doing his undergraduate thesis entitled, "A Proposed Alternative Learning System and Vocational School in Occidental Mindoro". Part of the study identifies the population of ALS learners in the region, as well as the out-of-school youth and adults. The said data will be significant to strengthen the proposal further.

Please be informed that per DepEd Order No. 019, s. 2021 entitled "Revised Department of Education People's Freedom of Information Manual and Implementing Details", requested information that is substantially similar or identical to a previous request by the same requesting party shall be denied.
