Good day! I Glaiza D Munez requesting for a Certified True Copy of my ALS (Alternative Learning System) Diploma.

It happens that my copy got wet till it totally destroy and some other files and documents as the house I live got caught in flood way back then. I graduated last 2016 in Cabadbaran city national high school and currently living here at Silang Cavite city

Please be informed that the Department of Education - Central Office does not keep learners’ school records. You may request your Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion, Diploma, or other school records to the Schools Division Office where you have submitted your Presentation Portfolio Assessment.
