Hi, good day DEPED, I am a Grade 11 student and turning Grade 12 this next year, may I request for a free laptop from Department of Education? I need it for Grade 12 and for college also. I am still earning money but now I can't because I have no job and I am only a student. Badly need now since grade 11 also has a research already.
