I am Regine B. Española from Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila currently taking BS Sociology conducting a study on the rate of dropouts and repeaters in urban and rural public high schools in the Philippines.  Along with this I am requesting for a statistical data  from your good office on the recent (2015-2018) junior high school dropouts and repeaters particularly on public high schools in the Philippines per cities, provinces and municipalities.
