We are very sorry for the long delayed response to your request because of a technical glitch in the e- FOI portal that was rectified by PCOO only today, 18 January 2022. However, we wish you to know that your query may be best answered by the Department of Energy and/or the National Electrification Administration. Psalm is primarily tasked to privatize the power assets of the National Power Corporation and to liquidate its stranded costs.
