Hi! i would like to make a request for access regarding your reports about stroke incidents in Mindanao for my Research Paper. the following information i would like to request are as follow:

1. Number of stroke incidents in Mindanao per Region
2. Top 5 highest rate of stroke incidents in Mindanao
3. Number of stroke patients who underwent Physical and Occupational Therapy
