We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve some of your requested information from our website www.mangaldanwaterdistrict.gov.ph under Transparency Seal. Also, the same format from LWUA have already been submitted to the latter for reporting purposes.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Demmee G. Carbonel, Receiving Officer/Document Control Officer, Mangaldan Water District, Serafica St., Poblacion, Mangaldan Pangasinan.
