Ako po ay nagtatrabaho sa SUBNET RTA, Landbased Recruitment Agency, napahinto lang po dahil sa nag ECQ at hindi po muna kami pinabalik sa aming kumpanya.  Ngayon lang pong August, NAKANSELA ang aming license sa POEA, dahil merong nagreklamo na aplikante. 5.6 taon na po akong nagtatrabaho sa aming kumpanya. Isa po sa owner ng agency namin ay FOREIGNER at sa pagkakaalam ko po resident na po sia dito sa atin. Tanong ko po:
1. Makakakuha po ba kami ng seperation pay mula sa aming kumpanya?
2. Wala daw po pera ang aming kumpanya, ano po dapat naming gawin kung nagdeclare sila ng bankcruptcy?
