Hello! I bought a motor vehicle, which was owned by Josephine Abesamis, whose assets, including the motor vehicle i bought, has been frozen by NLRC, due to the pending case bearing NLRC NCR case No. 05-06185-15. said freezing of her assets caused me to delay the registration of the motor vehicle with the LTO. i believe that the motor vehicle was already sold by Ms. Abesamis to another person on April 5, 2015, prior to the freezing of her assets by the NLRC, hence, the motor vehicle should no longer be a subject for the freezing for it is already sold to another. Please advise. Thank You!
