Please note that you can obtain the Certificate of Involuntary Separation from Employment directly from your employer. We kindly request that you approach the appropriate administrative or HR personnel in your company to make this request.

Regarding your inquiry about certificates of pending cases, we recommend following the correct procedure and submitting the required documents to the relevant NLRC Office. They will be able to provide you with the necessary guidance and assistance in this matter (kindly see attached file).
