May employee kami na nagfile ng complaint against separation and unpaid contribution, as per advise by your office binigyan namin ng separation pay and binalik namin ang nakaltas na contribution sa kanila, problem is ngayong mgbabayad na kami kay SSS hindi nila ina accept yung waiver na pinirmahan ni employee kasi nga hindi daw kasama yun sa rules nila, once na kinaltasan need na iremit sa kanila. kung ireremit namin yung contribution nila madodoble nman kami ng payment sa kanila including penalties. Calamba, Laguna location ng office namin. ano kaya ang pwede namin gawin?
