Dear Bai Nariffa Silongan,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 23, 2020 03:48:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that there are no specific policies promulgated by the NLRC  En Banc in relation to solo-parent OFWs. The Commission currently adopts  the provisions of Republic Act 8972, otherwise known as the, "Solo Parents' Welfare Act of 2000,  and other existing laws pertinent thereof.
