Good day,

Is it legal for a company to require an employee to tender 60 WORKING DAYS for his/her resignation?

Can a company hold 2 salary cut-offs once resignation is submitted?

Once a representative of a human resources received the resignation letter, is it enough proof of acceptance? 

Does the date of acceptance denotes when will the date on when to start counting for required number of days to render prior employee's last day?
