I, Elmer S. Garabiles a Resident of Valenzuela City, currently fourth year College Student of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) of Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST) is currently conducting a study entitled “Proposed Structural Design of Drainage System in Barangay Karuhatan Valenzuela City” in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the subject CE Project 1.

In this regard, i would like to request permission or approval from your good office for us to get a Structural Drainage System Design of Karuhatan Valenzuela City (Blueprint).
