I graduated in HS on March 1982.  
The purpose of my request is for the correction of the year of date of my birth certificate.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested since we need to validate the information on your document subject to the submission of original copy of PSA birth certificate at the Office of the Registrar. However, you may wish to contact the Registrar’s Office at 82439467.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to FOI Office with email address foi@earist.ph.education. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
