Hi! I would like to report an online casino site wherein they receive so many complaints and still doesn't do anything about it.

Hi, I want to report one online casino site; the site WINPHP because they steal my money, although it's small amount I still want to report it because this casino site has no CUSTOMER SERVICE and a lot of people are complaining because they cannot withdraw money from their deposit it's always rejected. Please terminate this online casino so that they can no longer scam others! Please check also if they have legal permit and license. Thank you so much!
