I am Jairus Jiro R. Gascon, a graduating Architecture student of the University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture. 

I would like to request the population of people regarding the following cases that require Physical Rehabilitation:

1) Pediatric Conditions
2) Neuromuscular Conditions
3) Sports-related Conditions / Musculoskeletal Conditions
4) Orthopedic Conditions
5) Pulmonary Conditions
6) Cardiac Conditions
7) Neurological Conditions
8) Others
