Good day! As a concerned citizen of San Miguel, Bulacan, I want to know the details pertaining to the sale of our local water district, Samibul Water District now owned by Pamana. Please provide a copy of all the agreements and deed of sale regarding this arrangement. I want to know how much it is sold for and where the proceeds went.

Access to clean water is part of the SDGs, https://sdgs.un.org/goals/goal6  and the Philippine Development Plan. As an FOI and SDG Advocate I want to help our govt achieve their goals in participatory governance too. More power to you and your group.
