Hi! I would like to request a copy of Clearance from Civil Service through mail. I am from City of Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. I have already submitted the accomplished form through e-mail to cscclearance@csc.gov.ph. I am confused with the instructions given to me.
Where should I go to pay the Postal money order of 100 Pesos?
And what other requirements should I bring?
