Hi! I would like to request for the complete list of documentary requirements to rent a Post Office Box for our student organization. Last month, our officers went to Santa Mesa Post Office to apply for PO Box with two keys. But, according to the officer in charge in that post office, we need to provide barangay clearance, photocopy of ID and their postman, as witness, must verify and check our school personally. But last 2014, Manila Central Post Office only asked us to provide ID and accomplished application form.
Please enlighten us as we need to get a P.O. Box for our student organization.
