Hi According to philpost email message my pholpost ID card was unsuccessful to delivery for the reason of wrong address which i bilieve its not, now i click the link and routed me into a page where you need to enter your card details for the payment so it will be send again but system doesn't want to accept my visa card which is my payroll debit card which is BPI, i also tried to enter one of my alternative ID which is an ATM chinabank card. Both still unacceptable, Is there an option to choose Cash on delivery? (COD)

We were able to determine that this particular information is not a valid FOI request as the same is not a request for a document, but is more of a customer service or frontline service request which should be addressed to and could be best answered by our customer service.

In any case, please be informed that PHLPost has not yet resumed the issuance of Postal ID since March 2023. We are afraid that you may have clicked an anomalous link and is being targeted by phishing scam. Kindly refrain from giving your information through said link and we advise you to contact your bank for your security.
