Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is not a valid FOI request as the same is not a request for a document, but is more of a customer service or frontline service request which should be addressed to and could be best answered by our customer service. In any case, please be informed that PHLPost has not yet resumed the issuance of Postal ID since March 2023. We are afraid that you may have clicked an anomalous link and is being targeted by phishing scam. Kindly refrain from giving your information through said link and we advise you to contact your bank for your security. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to PHLPost Central Appeals and Review Committee.
