Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 22, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Gsis Consolidated Loan Application.

Response to your request

This particular information is a frontline service request, and cannot be processed under the FOI. Furthermore, we will be needing additional information from you which cannot be addressed through the FOI portal considering that it will concern sensitive personal information.

In any case, this concern has been referred to our HR, and I was informed that they do not maintain running records of payments and thus was asked instead to request that you provide a copy of the Statement of Account (SOA) of your father’s loans from the GSIS so that they can validate with records.

I will be sending you a separate email for this one where you can send the SOA. For your privacy, please do not post it here for the messages here, including attachments, will be posted and available to the public.

Your right to request a review 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to PHLPost Central Appeals and Review Committee. You may address the same to:
