In line with this, I would like to take my chance to ask If I can request your good office's permission to be my project proponent and provide a certificate only for certification saying  this thesis is profitable and possible to construct in the future development of Bataan. knowing that you are in the best position for the said subject matter.

In accordance with my research project, I'd like to inquire about the type of laboratory and other supporting facilities available at your research institution. and what facilities do you believe your institution will need in the future?

Dear Mr. Lopez,

This is in connection with the status of your request.

Our office of the director for research have sent you a separate email informing that as of the moment, PhilRice regret to inform you that the agency do not have the capacity to fund your thesis project and make PhilRice as your proponent.

With regards to the rice research facilities, PhilRice have established genetics and plant breeding research laboratories.

However, if you need inputs/suggestions to your proposal, our experts would be very willing to help you.
