Your Request You asked for Cagayan North Railway System Development. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of our project proposal of the information you requested. Please be advised that this project proposal only contains our main ideas for the moment and will only be finalized when a feasibility study will be completed I hope this sufficiently answers your inquiry If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec.
