Good day Sir / Ma'am, I , Melvin Simpao , of legal age , would like to request a CCTV footage of all the traffic on stop light from Hann Casino Resorts to Royce Casino Resorts on September 19, 2023 from 22:15H - 22:26H I am requesting the said footage to clarify an incident involving a motor cycle rider with back ride that took his helmet of and tries to cut me off on my way home.
