Good day! This is to request from your good office a Certificate of Confirmation that I was belong to a Capiznon Tribe/Clan. Both of my parents and ancestors are born and lived in Sapi-an Agsur, Capiz. This request will be use for my application in Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) as a Height Waiver. May 9, 2023 Dear SHEENA, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 08, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
