Greetings. I would like to request for a certificate of NSTP-ROTC serial number. I transferred from UST to UP Diliman, and UP requires me to submit a certificate of my serial number. UST's ROTC Office is yet to receive the serial numbers from the Army Reserve Command; hence my directed request.
