I am requesting a copy of the following:
1. Copies of PRA contracts or agreements for the reclamation projects and other implementing agreements if any.
2. Copy of the Presidential Proclamation covering the reclaimed land if any
3. Copy of the rules of procedure that was followed for the award of these reclamation projects
4. A copy of the Contract for the acquisition of the reclaimed land.
5. Copy of Agreements for extraction, transportation, and use of sand from SNS or any other source.

The purpose of my research is to study previous reclamation projects and have a guide on how to handle reclamation projects for potential proponents who want to reclaim.

I refer to my letter of Feb 03, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Copies of PRA contracts or agreements. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Apr 28, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
