Hi ! goodafternoon we have on going case civil #270 at Regional Trial Court in Malolos Bulacan sy2014 already file in court in branch 22 ,for almost 8 years they always rescheduled/delay the case until my grandmother MARIA BERNABE died last january 29,2022,when she was still alive they didnt told what document if theres any happen to her and now the court said that the case will dismiss because my grandmother didnt have birth certficate because she was born 1928 and she is single no children , and iam just grandaughter please help me for justice, for forging her land title and claim it back
