We would like to inform you that the Expanded Maternity Leave bill was transmitted to the Office of the President through the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office on January 21, 2019 for the President's action. Once signed by the President, the bill becomes a law. Or, if not vetoed by the President within 30 days from receipt, it will lapse into law.
