Your Request

Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. Please find below responses to your queries:
1) This is to respectfully inquire if the CIAC locators now being managed by
LIPAD, were applying for tax and duty-free incentives and Certificate of Registration with CDC?
Response: All companies operating in Clark Freeport Zone will have to register their business with Clark Development Corporation with the appropriate endorsement from either LIPAD (for concessionaires located in the airport) or CIAC.
2) If CDC requires said locators to apply permits such as PBI, PBO, Gate Pass, Import Permit, Export Permits, Building Permit and Occupancy Permit?
Response: Said locators are also required to transact permits such as PBI, PBO, Gate Pass, Import Permit, Export Permits, Building Permit and Occupancy Permit, among others, with CDC.
