Dear PCGG, Good day! I would like to request for the copy of Inventory List of Santo Nino Shrine and Heritage Museum otherwise known as the Romualdez Museum done from 1986-2021. After the 1986 People Power Revolution, the property was sequestered by PCGG and its contents were accounted for since then. As a Taclobanon and a Leyteno, I have been to the museum many times and was fascinated by the grand collection of art and artifacts during the Marcos Regime. It is important that we document and showcase its legacy and start a campaign for its restoration. Thank you!

Dear PCGG FOI, Good day! I would like to reiterate my request for a copy of the updated List/Report of Inventory done with the contents of Santo Nino Shrine and Heritage Museum. A list or report of inventory of items within the sequestered property and its current state or status. I was informed that the sequestered property of the Marcoses was handed-over to a private concessionaire under Mr. Dan Stephen Palami. As a regular visitor of the museum, I noticed that there are important paintings of Malang and Amorsolo that are no longer in display. This is based on my latest visit last month of May 2023. I observed that there are latest inventory tags attached to the contents of the museum. While I understand that the property will be on better hands, I am concerned about the lack of accounting or updating of records of items in the property. Due to the years of neglect, some of these properties are in poor state. It was not exhaustively renovated after Super Typhoon Yolanda struck the City of Tacloban. I am respectfully forwarding this request for your consideration. Thank you very much! Sincerely yours, LEO CHRISTIAN V. LAUZON Culture and Heritage Advocate
