Thank you for your request dated Oct 09, 2020 06:30:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Latest CLUP of Cagayan Province and Tuguegarao city. Response to Request I am sorry but the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority's jurisdiction is only the municipality of Sta. Ana, Cagayan and some islands in the municipality of Aparri, Cagayan. Hence, we do not have access to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Cagayan Province and Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. I hope this response sufficiently answered your inquiry. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec. RAUL L. LAMBINO, Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of the Cagayan Economic with e-mail address [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
