hi! i would like to request the following: 1. List and addresses of decorticating facilities near or around Pampanga 2. Price rates ( student rate ) 3. will extract banana fibers and/or water lilies. thanks !

December 16, 2020 Dear ralph, Thank you for your request dated Jan 21, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List and addresses of decorticating facilities near or around Pampanga. Upon our research, we did not find any available public or private decorticating facilities near or around Pampanga. The Fiber Utilization and Technology Laboratory of the PhilFIDA may assist you in your research in the extraction process of banana fibers and water lilies. The laboratory is located at the Fiber Utilization and Technology Division, BAI Compound, Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.
