Purpose: Medical assistance for the chemotherapy
Date of Coverage: 08/29/2022 - 08/29/2022

Good day! My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 3A. She was advised to have chemotherapy for 22 cycles. Right now, she's done with her 7 cycles but still needs to undergo 15 more cycles of chemotherapy. The cost of the chemo drugs is really expensive and we are just barely getting by. I am writing this letter to ask for medical assistance for my mother. Thank you in advance and may God bless you more.
