March 6, 2023 Dear Ailene Grace, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 04, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for NCIP certificate for height waiver. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certificate but in the Regional Office. Since you are in Palawan you may address your concern to dir.
