The IPs of Brooke's Point would like to request for a copy of the following documents: 1. Memorandum from Ancestral Domains Office (ADO) exempting CNMEC from certification precondition requirement dated March 31 2006. 2. Memorandum from ADO providing guidance to INC's FPIC process dated May 24, 2022 and responses thereof. 3. Minutes of the May 26, 2022 consultation meeting between INC/CNMEC and ADO Dir. Ortega referred to in INC's June 10 letter. 4. Communication from Dante Bravo of INC, copy furnished to the Ancestral Domain Office dated June 10, 2022 and responses thereof.
