September 20, 2019 Dear Mr. Tundayag, We refer to your letter of Jul 22, 2019 07:08:27 requesting, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for the Appointment and Designation Order for Mr. Senando Angelo R. Santiago. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we are unable to provide the information you requested. Section 7 of E.O. 2 series of 2016 will only allow disclosure of personal information under certain conditions. If the intention is to harass an employee, or only to satisfy a person’s curiosity, there is no obligation for IPOPHL to make such disclosure.
