Mercado project engr. of DENR-PRCMO requesting to your good office a permission to entry our fencing materials to BASECO Beach for fencing in our DENR Mangrove Nursery, these were bamboo peg, a barbed wire and nylon net so as no floating trash would accumulated in the mangrove pond, as well prevent crossing of unknown person between our pond and to your parcel of land
