Good day! This is Rejane Bularon and I would like to request a copy of a Serial Number of ROTC for my cousin John Rick Dela Rosa. Serial Number is one of the requirements to process his BS degree in Marine Transportation. He is currently working in Dubai and asking me for help to continue his ambition to become a seafarer.
