Dear NTRC,
I am writing in reference to an earlier request, tracking no.: #NTRC-723921063326. I would like to ask if there are updates re: tax reform info since thent:
1. Summary of the recently implemented and future reforms (w/status) planned to be implemented
2. Statistics on effect of TRAIN in the prev. years in national revenue collection & economy in general (GDP & oth. econ. metrics) & projections for the coming years
3. Implications of these reforms to foreign investments, particularly Japanese & business opportunities for these investors

Dear NTRC,
I would just like add to my query, particularly regarding the proposed CITIRA, would you have info or suggested reading on the following:
o Overview and similarities/differences as to House bill, Senator bill, DOF draft
o Issues of deliberation in senator, forecast, schedule
o Lobbying status by PEZA companies and Chamber of Commerce and Industry
o Impact of adoption of CITIRA for existing foreign companies in Philippines (e.g. change in procedures of tax payment)
o Economic impact by for: a.) PEZA companies, considering start up time b.) non-PEZA companies
