Good day, I am a 5th-year architecture student, and my fellow group members and I are currently engaged in our undergraduate thesis project focused on the redevelopment and expansion of Bacolod-Silay International Airport. I would like to formally request the Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) for the piece of land or lot that we intend to utilize for the airport's expansion.
