Hi! Invoking the FOI, I would like to reiterate my request for the following:

●	Records of complaints lodged in the 8888 hotline that fall within the jurisdiction of City of Malolos, Bulacan from January 1 – June 30, 2022.
●	Copy of records or statistics regarding the number, type, and nature of the complaints lodged
●	Actions taken by the offices/departments to the complaints referred to them

We already tried to request this information personally in the LGU of Malolos DILG. But they denied our request due to confidentiality. I believe this request is covered by freedom of information
