Hi I would like to inquire regarding the implementation of the mentioned joint circular. As provided in the information the implementation of the salary standardization was last january 2017. I would like to know if job orders or COS employed in a certain agency prior to january 2017, will the job orders or COS entitled for salary differential?

This info will provide information for my Legal Management subject. Thank you.
