You asked for Childhood Cancer Statistics in the Philippines.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the Philippine Cancer Facts and Estimates 2015 of the information you requested, which is the main and official source of cancer-related data. This is a joint project of the Department of Health and Philippine Cancer Society.  For inquiries, you may contact the Disease Prevention and Control Bureau  Lifestyle Related Diseases Division (LRDD) at telephone (02) 651-7800 local  1750-1752.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph.
